Microneedle Model for Insulin Delivery

I developed a 2D COMSOL model to simulate the diffusion of insulin through microneedle arrays into the dermis and epidermis. By fine-tuning initial concentration and therapeutic dosage, I ensured an efficacious concentration of insulin was reached. My analysis included generating heat maps and concentration profiles, optimizing microneedle geometry, and proposing improvements for more accurate in vivo simulations.

Coronary Stent Design and Analysis

I designed and analyzed coronary stents using SolidWorks and Finite Element Analysis to address restenosis. I modeled various stent configurations and evaluated their mechanical performance under physiological conditions. I simulated multiple materials, designs, and sizes, to find a design that exhibited the most optimal balance of yield strength and durability.
